Returns Policy

At Global Soul Chi Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, or if you’ve simply changed your mind, we’re pleased to offer a return or exchange within 21 days of purchase.

To begin, please complete the Returns/Exchange Form, ensuring all sections are filled, including your contact details. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition (unless faulty), securely packaged with proof of purchase. Any free items received with the purchase must also be returned.

For your security, please send returns via recorded delivery, retaining proof of postage. Please note, we cannot be held liable for items lost in transit. Return postage is the sender’s responsibility.

Refunds will cover the item cost, excluding the original postage fee, and will be processed within 7 working days of receipt, using the original payment method. For exchanges, a postage fee will apply for sending the new item; our team will contact you to arrange payment.

Please use the form to specify the reason for return or exchange to avoid delays. The returns address is provided on the form.
