For UK deliveries, we use Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked Delivery (£4.90), while all promotional free post offers are sent via 2nd Class. In-stock items are typically dispatched within 3 working days, as many of our products are made to order. Out-of-stock items are usually dispatched within 7 days of order receipt; we will contact you immediately if there are any further delays.
Chi Collections are custom-made and require 14–21 days for dispatch. We will notify you should this timeframe need to be extended.
All items are securely packaged and sent with Royal Mail Tracked Delivery (signature required) from Monday to Friday. Please note, GlobalSoul is not responsible for undeliverable orders, and customers will incur shipping fees if items need to be resent.
